COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE is a local tourism agency. We have decided to specialize solely in Colombia, which is why we offer a diverse range of guided tours throughout Colombia via the website, including the development of customized tours to meet your expectations and help you discover the riches of Colombia.
These General Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “GCU”) are intended to apply exclusively between COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE and all persons wishing to access the Site and/or use the services offered from the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
Any use of the services offered via the www.colombiatouradventure.com website automatically implies the application of these GCU. We invite you to read them carefully.
We inform you that the provisions of these GCU are likely to be modified in particular because of the legislative and/or regulatory evolution of Colombia, without the responsibility of COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE being able to be sought. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Site (unless otherwise indicated). The latest updated version will be available to all and accessible at all times on the Site, by clicking on the Legal Notice and Terms and Conditions link at the bottom of the page.
Article 1: Use of the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge from any location by any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the Services remain at the User’s expense. Likewise, COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE cannot be held responsible for any Internet connection problems attributable to any equipment and/or operator used by the User (in particular reduced speed or interrupted connection).

Article 2: General obligations of the Site User
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the provisions of these GCU, public order and morality, respecting intellectual property rights and image rights. Should the User fail to comply with these provisions, COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE may hold the User liable.
By using the Services, the User and Customer represent and warrant that all information provided is true and accurate, that they maintain the accuracy of such information, and that their use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Article 3: Warranty and liability
COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE will make its best efforts to provide access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the case of force majeure or an event beyond the control of COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
For the proper management of the Site, COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE may at any time:
Suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Site, reserve access to the Site, or to certain parts of the Site.
Delete any information that may disrupt the operation of the Site or that contravenes applicable regulations, or suspend the Site in order to carry out updates.
COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE may not be held liable for any failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption in operation, preventing access to the Site or any of its functions.
The equipment used to connect to the Site remains the responsibility of the User, who must take all appropriate measures to protect his equipment and his own data, particularly in the event of viral attacks via the Internet. COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Site, and the User shall remain solely responsible for the websites and data consulted.
Article 4: Intellectual property
All content and materials on the service, such as text, graphics, videos, audiovisual works, logos, photographs, icons, images, audio clips and software, are the property of COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE and are protected by Colombia’s copyright laws and applicable international laws. The content and materials on the Site operated, licensed or controlled by COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way without the prior written permission of COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE. Modification or use of the content or materials for any other purpose would violate COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE’s intellectual property rights.
Article 5: Applicable law and competent court
These GCU are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall be submitted to the Colombian courts.

Terms and Conditions
In the absence of stipulations to the contrary, the present General and Special Conditions of Sale apply to all contracts concluded between :
- COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE tourist agency.
on the other hand, any individual or legal entity using the services of the tourism agency.
1. PURPOSE
COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE offers the customer the possibility of making a trip to his or her own country, allowing the customer to choose the destination(s) to be visited, excursions, itineraries, activities, catering and accommodation.
2. QUOTATION
All requests for quotes on the COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE website must be made by clicking on the “Personalize your quote” link or by contacting our team.
Don’t hesitate to be specific and to give us details of your requirements when writing your quote request. As customer satisfaction is one of our main concerns, we’ll be able to offer you a tour tailored to your wishes and your idea of a trip to Colombia.
We welcome any information you may require.
3. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TERMS
All registrations for a tour will be effective upon receipt of
- Acceptance by the customer of the quotation sent by the agency.
- A deposit representing 35% of the total cost of the services. The reservation is only definitive once full payment has been received in accordance with the payment terms mentioned on the quote.
Rates on the site are given as an indication only. They correspond to a base price, subject to variation according to the season, the number of participants in the trip, the exchange rate, availability and other factors that may arise beyond our control. Prices are quoted in euros per person. The rates to be taken into account are those shown on your final quotation and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Unless otherwise indicated on the quote.
For bookings made less than 35 days before your departure date, the reservation will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payment can be made either by bank transfer or via a secure online payment service, according to your choice.
Upon confirmation of the booking, the customer will also be asked to provide as soon as possible information concerning all participants in the trip (surnames, first names, dates of birth, passport numbers and preferably a scanned copy), in order to guarantee reservations.
4. CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, this must be notified by e-mail to COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE at the following address: www.info@colombiatouradventure.com
Conditions and refunds will be made as follows:
- More than 90 days before arrival: 35% of the deposit paid will be retained, corresponding to prepayments for certain services.
- From 89 to 30 days before arrival: 45% of the deposit paid will be retained, corresponding to prepayments for certain services.
- From 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 65% of the total amount will be retained, corresponding to prepayments for certain services.
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount of the booking will be retained, except in exceptional cases*.
If one or more travellers registered on the same tour cancel their participation, which remains unchanged for the other participants, COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE reserves the right to revise the rates according to the updated number of participants and the additional costs incurred.
Any tour interrupted, modified or shortened, or any service not taken, for any reason whatsoever, will not give rise to any reimbursement or compensation on the part of COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE.
Any modification made by the customer involving a change of service (hotels, transport, etc.) or program (length of stay, stages, etc.) will be invoiced.
Customer-initiated changes to the destination or dates are considered as a “cancellation”.
5. CLAIM
All claims must be notified in writing, by any means allowing for acknowledgement of receipt, as soon as possible after your return from your trip, within 30 days of the return date of your trip, with supporting documents. This may be settled amicably.
In the event of disagreement, COLOMBIA TOUR ADVENTURE reserves the right to refer the matter to the competent authorities in order to resolve the dispute as quickly as possible.
